Blueworx Voice Response does not support 22 KHz TTS voice
Problem
The Text-To-Speech audio in the application sounds like static

Blueworx Voice Response 4.2 or 6.1 connecting to WebSphere Voice Server 5.1 or 6.1.1 with 22 KHz TTS voice.

Resolving the problem
BVR does not support the 22 KHz TTS voice. Change application / configuration to use the 8KHz TTS voice.
